Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

Be returned in their original condition.

Include any original tags and packaging, where applicable.

As all of our clothing is handmade, every returned item is carefully inspected upon receipt.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, odors, or alterations will not be accepted.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Custom-made or personalized products.

Items made to a customer's specific measurements or requirements.

Gift cards (if applicable).

 

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

 

How to Request a Return

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and provide:

Your order number.

The item(s) you wish to return.

The reason for the return.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

 

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
